Our flax is grown right here in North Dakota, ensuring you know exactly where your product comes from. As a horse & pet owner myself, I would never sell anything I didn’t love & use personally.

Cold-milling the flax ensures a longer shelf life and less work for you (compared to grinding your own)! Cold-milling ensures it’s more palatable and provides your animals with more digestibility than whole seeds. Whole seeds often just pass through the digestive system. Flax is high in Omega-3 fatty acids & lignans essential to good health.

Our biggest customers are horse lovers, but many also feed it to their chickens or household pets! We also have a large alpaca customer base as they tell me it helps with fleece quality! I personally feed it to our dogs as well.

Check out our FAQ page to learn more or peek at our photos of Happy Customers to see some adorable animals.

((Our products are intended for supplemental use only and are not a complete feed. They are designed to complement a forage-based diet and should not replace hay or pasture. No therapeutic or drug claims are made or implied. Use in accordance with applicable state and federal guidelines.))

Just got another flax shipment from Turtle Mountain Flax. As usual, it was excellent quality with prompt free shipping. My horses love it! I love supporting small businesses run by a very nice family. Plan to be a long-time customer!!!!
